When you sign up for Cleviro or use our services you may provide:

When Cleviro's AI agent answers calls on your behalf we collect:

Caller name as provided by the caller
Caller phone number
Caller address as provided by the caller
The nature of the caller's inquiry or job request
Date and time of the call
Call duration
Call recordings where applicable and where legally permitted

  1. HOW WE USE YOUR INFORMATION

We use the information we collect for the following purposes:

To provide and deliver the Cleviro service to you
To build and configure your custom AI agent
To send you real-time SMS notifications with captured lead information
To communicate with you about your account, service updates, and support
To process your payments
To monitor and improve the performance of your AI agent
To comply with legal obligations
To detect and prevent fraud or misuse of our services

We do not use your information or your callers' information for advertising purposes. We do not sell your data or your callers' data to any third party under any circumstances.

  1. HOW WE SHARE YOUR INFORMATION

Cleviro does not sell, rent, or trade your personal information or your callers' personal information to any third party.

We may share information only in the following limited circumstances:

Service providers — We work with trusted third party providers to deliver our service including voice technology providers, SMS delivery providers, and cloud infrastructure providers. These providers only access your information to the extent necessary to provide their services to us and are bound by confidentiality obligations.

Legal requirements — We may disclose your information if required to do so by law or in response to a valid legal request from a government authority or court of law.

Business transfers — In the event of a merger, acquisition, or sale of all or part of our assets your information may be transferred as part of that transaction. We will notify you via email before your information is transferred and becomes subject to a different privacy policy.

With your consent — We may share your information with third parties when you have given us explicit consent to do so.

  1. CALL DATA AND CALLER PRIVACY

Cleviro's service involves answering calls made by your customers. In doing so we collect personal information from your callers including their name, phone number, address, and the nature of their inquiry.

This caller information is:

Collected solely for the purpose of capturing the lead and delivering it to you via SMS
Not used for any marketing or advertising purposes
Not sold or shared with any third party except as described in Section 3
Retained only as long as necessary to deliver the service

As the business owner using Cleviro you are responsible for ensuring that your use of caller data complies with all applicable privacy laws in your jurisdiction.

  1. CALL RECORDING

Cleviro may record calls answered by your AI agent for the following purposes:

Quality assurance and service improvement
Transcription and lead capture accuracy
Dispute resolution

Call recordings are stored securely and are accessible only to authorized Cleviro personnel. Recordings are retained for a period of 90 days after which they are permanently deleted.

You are responsible for ensuring compliance with all applicable call recording consent laws in your jurisdiction. In many jurisdictions callers must be informed that a call may be recorded. Cleviro provides the ability to include a disclosure in your AI agent's opening greeting. You are solely responsible for ensuring your use of call recording complies with applicable law.

  1. DATA RETENTION

We retain your information for as long as your account is active or as needed to provide you with our services.

If you cancel your account we will retain your information for a period of 90 days after cancellation in case you wish to reactivate your account. After 90 days your account data will be permanently deleted.

Call recordings are retained for 90 days as described in Section 5.

Caller lead data delivered to you via SMS is your responsibility once delivered. We retain copies of this data for 90 days after which it is deleted from our systems.

  1. DATA SECURITY

We take the security of your information seriously. We implement appropriate technical and organizational measures to protect your information against unauthorized access, alteration, disclosure, or destruction including:

Encryption of data in transit using industry standard SSL/TLS protocols
Secure storage of all data on encrypted servers
Access controls limiting who within our organization can access your data
Regular security reviews and updates to our systems

No method of transmission over the internet or electronic storage is 100% secure. While we take all reasonable steps to protect your information we cannot guarantee absolute security.

By using our services you consent to this transfer.

Your continued use of our services after changes take effect constitutes your acceptance of the updated Privacy Policy.
